Job Description:

Working in cross-discipline design teams involving software, electrical, controls, & mechanical engineers.

Develop & Debug in C/C++, Python, Go, & Java.

Creating & supporting multi-threaded command & control software.

Close collaboration with teams to communicate with third-party I/O Controllers, safety relays & thermal subsystems.

H&s on work with physical equipment setting up test environments, modifying computers, & equipment.

Desire to understand, debug & fix system issues spanning multiple applications.

Daily use of debuggers, compilers, source control, networking architecture, & Linux.

A love of tinkering, learning, & collaborating as we breathe life into advanced new systems.

Assist in the development of software interfaces to various sensors & control components.

Write & understand test software as it relates to regression & unit testing.

Write software to verify & reproduce system-wide software failure modes.

Present design work for peer review.

Required Qualifications:

BS degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

C++, Python proficiency

Java, Go, SQL familiarity

English Fluency

Preferred Qualifications

Java, Go, SQL Proficiency

Linux OS, Development Environment Proficiency

GNU toolchain proficiency

Basic electrical concept familiarity

Container proficiency
