Job Description:

- Troubleshoot and analyze technical coding problems from internal and external clients.

- Take responsibility for diagnosing and documenting issues within the code base using diverse debugging methods.

- Conduct root cause analysis, assisting in pinpointing problem areas, and offering recommendations to development teams.

- Collaborate with both internal and external clients and teams to resolve issues effectively.

- Create code-based queries and tools for development testing.

- Consult with clients to gain insights into their problems and gather additional information.

- Acquire expertise in the assigned solution, technologies, development processes, and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

- In the software engineering division, you'll apply your foundational software architecture knowledge to:

  1. Carry out tasks related to software application development, debugging, and design.

  2. Work in alignment with the provided design specifications.

  3. Create improvements within pre-existing software architecture.
