Job Description;

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work as a supply chain strategy business analyst, as part of the SCS team on projects across product categories & regions

Contribute to strategic business initiatives & support in driving the business group leadership agendas in supply chain & operations topics

Perform end-to-end operational optimizations, identify opportunities & deliver recommendations through in-depth data analysis

Mine & analyze data from company databases to drive optimization & improvement of product development, marketing mix & business strategies.

Use predictive modelling to increase & optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, & other business outcomes.

Examples of projects: manufacturing network design, make vs. buy, capital investment evaluations, complexity cost optimization, design to value, route-to-market, cost to serve, internal & external benchmarking, competitive intelligence, E2E value chain analysis, etc.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in consulting, consumer goods, apparel or retail is preferred
Prior experience in data analysis, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, digital supply chain or e-commerce is a plus

Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data & draw insights from large data sets.

Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques & concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests & proper usage, etc.) & experience with applications

A good understanding of cost accounting, financial accounting & project management

Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capability & critical thinking
Comfortable in cross-functional teams, preferably in a multicultural environment

Masters qualification preferred especially in engineering, supply chain, finance or marketing

Good storyboarding & presentation skills
Fluent in English
