Job Description:

Client management and servicing. Understand client's ask and research Understand client requirements and their business objectives 

·         Collect and monitor data to fulfill the objectives, with the help of social media and digital media tools

·         Manage data and time efficiently 

·         Analyze and interpret data the collected 

·         Develop PowerPoint reports that convert data into actionable insights for the clients

·         Write findings, conclusions, and implications of the data

·         Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all phases of the research project 

·         Participate in team and client meetings (as needed) 

·         Work closely with other team members to ensure a high-quality output

·         Drive and support Genpact's transformation towards more automation, and analytics 




Minimum Qualifications
·         Graduate degree (any), followed by MBA 

·         Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

·         Knowledge about market research methodologies and techniques

·         Excellent business writing and communication skills

·         Knowledge about social and digital media

·         Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

·         Ability to generate insights and inferences from facts/data

·         Ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of information into clear concise presentations 

Preferred qualifications


Understanding of the pharmaceutical, CPG, and retail industry 

·         Experience working with popular social media monitoring tools or management tools 


·         Experience in other visualization tools such as Power BI
