Job Responsibilities:


Data analytics and insight generation initiatives through hands-on data science techniques

Create experimental framework to facilitate data collection as needed

Define the comprehensive analytics approach leveraging a combination of business knowledge, statistical methodologies, data techniques and machine learning algorithms

Build models/data applications to produce actionable insights. Develop impactful visualizations delivering simplified insights messaging

Interact with business and functional stakeholders throughout the organization on analytics Initiatives and development

Synthesize business needs and identify optimal data solutions to address the needs

Deliver data insights, business value and recommend next steps to senior stakeholders


Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience in premier analytics firms or teams in BFSI, E-Commerce domains or dynamic start-ups focused on providing analytical solutions to clients

Hands on experience with Programming languages; (e.g., R, Python, SQL), Analytical tools (e.g., Alteryx), Distributed file systems (e.g., Hadoop), Visualization tools/programming (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, D3), Cloud computing platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services)

Ability to design and execute repeatable and scalable data solutions (extraction / mining / modeling / visualization)

Exposure and experience with designing and building machine learning algorithms

Familiarity of applied statistical methods involving regression, clustering, time series forecasting, customer segmentation, driver and causality analysis

Experience in interacting with business partners, gathering requirements, scoping business problems and communicating insights


Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelors in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics or related discipline or an MBA from a reputed institution
