Roles and Responsibilities:

-Gather and share insights on daily operations, features, and customer behaviors' to aid the product team in uncovering refining, and envisioning improvements.

-Monitor key metrics and track product performance to measure the impact of new features.

-Take charge of crafting and presenting reports that convey valuable product insights to stakeholders.

-Assist the team in conducting A/B experiments.

-Help the team execute and deliver high quality features. 

Skills: Must have: 

Strong data, statistics, and analytical skills with a good grasp of SQL and Excel. 

Understanding of data visualization tools like QuickSight, Tableau and analytics tools like Mix Panel, Google Analytics, etc.

Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.

Good to have: 

Proficient in managing extensive data sets from various sources.

Proficiency in programming languages such as R & Python.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

Basic grasp of mobile and web technologies.

Qualification: 

0-3 years of experience

An undergraduate degree in an analytical or qualitative field (e.g., Statistics, 

Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science)

Graduated from a top-tier college.
