Job Responsibilities:

Data Analyst (Hydrabad)

To Create and maintain Client Reference data in System

Validate and diligently review documentation

To maintain high accuracy level in tasks processed

Ensure the procedural guidelines are followed without any misses.

Proactively resolve open issues and escalations, keeping management in the loop

Liaising and partnering with requestors / business partners as required.

Data analysis / research and remediation function as per requirements.

Maintain and produce MIS report as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications 

University Graduate.

2 -5 years’ experience in financial services or related industries

Excellent Client service and Communication Skills 

Flexible to shifts and to should be able to deliver as part of the team.

Knowledge of   MIS reporting/ advanced Excel a plus.

Attention to detail and reasoning ability

Job Responsibilities : (Mumbai) 

Support the development, execution and delivery of our reporting strategy.

Execute data driven projects through all aspects of data operations, business requirement analysis, definition, assessment, development and validation.

Collaborating with stakeholders along the delivery chain, acting as the key liaison for research reporting enhancement request management.

Effective communication with project stakeholders to ensure requirements and deliverables are concise and well understood.

Complete documentation in support of project deliverables including process flow and training guides.

Apply a critical eye in evaluating existing reporting solutions, data models, controls and data flow / mapping so as to embed best practices, drive continuous improvements.

Develop and produce performance reports and management reports summarizing key performance indicators, using tools such as Qliksense, 

Business Objects, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor’s degree, B.E (or equivalent) with financial or analytical discipline.

Minimum 2 years of Qlik Sense and data analysis experience in the financial services industry or equivalent experience.

Articulate and able to communicate confidently across various stakeholders and senior management levels.

Proven ability to plan and run multiple priorities with capabilities to adapt and be flexible to changes in delivery focused environment.

Be a team player who shows commitment and dedication, and can maintain a positive attitude and high-level of performance on time-sensitive initiatives

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Prior knowledge with reporting tools, CRM systems, performance systems and accounting systems is preferred

Preferred experience in Tableau, Alteryx, Python and Microsoft Office.
